My truck is in shop, due to odd behavior ,as a brand new truck, to not start after i shut it off at end of day.And the try to restart it if i need to move it or run it so i can use my microwave or skillet and not drain the batteries. It even did this hissy fit of not starting after the shop put in all new batteries(4). Its a '09 and should start at turn of the key, hot,warm or cold.. but nope.. not this girl..
I am in a loaner while they attempt to fix it. I put 2 sticky notes on te steering wheel explaining to the tech that it must be full operating temp. for it to act up. Cold, it wont do it.. We shall see if they listen to me, the driver,who is in the silly machine 24/7 between days off. Maybe because they're in danger of losing the companies' business for future sales, they will. Meantime, i'm off to LA,and that lovely air and high temps..oh joy! Will be glad to get back in my truck and my bed.. even the co-driver cant get comfy in this one. He cant get to his usual fav. spot between me+door for the fire extinguisher. His other spot is blocked by the different design of the pass. seat base. so he is a bit put out, but has dad, will travel anywhere i go.
