Getting through the first and fourht days are always the toughest for me, and I am already half way through the tough part! Day one is complete and day is almost over and I am still on track! Breakfast and mid-morning snack were healthy, then lunch hit! Healthy, but turned out to be a lot of food, and I went over my planned calorie intake for lunch. I changed my dinner plans to make me stay on track and so far so good! I am done with dinner and before bed I will have a piece of fruit and some cottage cheese and I will be right on track!
Tomorrow is Day 3 of my staying on track plan! I will plan out my meals tonight and stick to them tomorrow!
