Well this is beginning to sound like a broken record. I am going to try again but maybe approach this in a different way. Now I feel it has taken me 49 years to learn my bad eating habits. I can not expect to drop all of them all at once. So I think maybee each week or maybe two, I will do or change one of my bad eating habits. It is like getting on skates, you can not just take off and speed skate. You have to practice on the carpet first. Then out on the floor. After awhile you may be able to let loose of the wall and eventually attempt to skate backwards. Of course you will fall down alot and there will be alot of tears. But who knows.........................

    i like you idea it is the way i did it. first it was eat one extra fruit or vegetable a day.then it was no fried foods. no flour and very little sugar. then it was smaller portions. you get the point small baby steps for life long maintenance of weight loss.you can do this you will do this. emoticon

    Good Luck!
I find the only way for me to fix my eating problems is cold turkey. I know nothing about moderation so I have to abstain completely!! emoticon
