Total weight loss: 34.8 lbs
Weight loss this week: +1.0 lb

Poo!!!!! Well, considering that I have been doing this since March 1st and haven't had ANY gain yet, I won't let this affect me. It is 1 lbs, so I can work extra hard this week to work it off. The downside is that, now, I have really kick it into gear to meet my next goal. I am heading to the grocery store today to stock up on good stuff. I am NOT eating out this coming week (last week was a little busy with friends and eating out...). Who knows, maybe I will do so well this next week that I will have a BIG weight loss! HAHA!

I am finally getting my house together. The garage is completely cleaned out and my car is parked in there....been 3 months since I had been able to park in there after all the house construction. My bedroom and office are getting back in order as well. I am planning on finishing it today sometime and getting things back in order. It has been a strange summer and have had a lot to deal with, so now I get to refocus and ACHIEVE ACHIEVE ACHIEVE! :-) Still thinking about joining the YMCA. I may stop by there on my way home from work tomorrow. I did start my massage therapy schedule this week, so that is 1 more goal down. It is going to do some real good for me. Right now, I am going to get 1 massage per week to help with my health issues (exhaustion, soreness, etc.). It also boosts metabolism. I got a great deal with a place called Massage Envy.

Anyway, it is GORGEOUS outside, and I want to go out and play today. Have a great rest of the weekend, everyone! Later.....
