Frustration has set in

Sunday, July 19, 2009

I have been on WW online for 3 weeks now. I have only lost 1 1/2 lb, don't use all WPA and have earned an average of 50 AP's per week. I am really trying but nothing is happening. I am not using my AP's to eat at all. I am going to try Simply Filling this week to see if that helps. I know that I am gaining muscle for sure, since I do weights 3 x per week along with all the spin classes and running, but I am so frustrated at the scale!

Shelley...you're doing GREAT, my friend! Total FAT loss so far....6 sticks of butter! That's FAT...not muscle!!

Do you take your measurements? I've been doing that, and it's often more rewarding than using the scale.

If you eat Simply Filling Foods, then you will be Eating Clean :-) So going that route may be well worth it.

Go ahead and use all of your WPA...you may not want to use your APs but you should be using your *35* to fuel your workouts and keep your metabolism fired up.

Are you eating several small meals throughout the day?? Do that.

Eat Simply Filling ( Eat Clean), use your WPAs, eat 6 small meals throughout the day (every 2-3 hours), and chart your measurements.

I bet that will do the trick...you are active enough, for sure - that's never been an issue with you :-)

Oh yeah...don't forget to eat some healthy fat and drink your water!

You look beautiful already...you only need to realize it emoticon

Pat emoticon

I took a peek at your page to see where you are as far as weight loss. At your current size the weight will come off a lot more slowly than for larget people. I'd say forget the scales and just feel good that you are eating healthy and staying fit.

Easy for me to say but I just don't let that particular number get to me. Good luck in your journey!
