Okay. It's been an entire 7 months since I started the SparkPeople program and I am ashamed to say that once the spring semester started up, I just lost all motivation. But now that it's summer, I would really like to lose the weight and be someone no one will recognize come fall. I've been going about it all the wrong way, not eating and starving myself. It's not healthy and I have to change. So here's to starting up again and hopefully losing weight the healthy way. I'm still at 180, but hoping to have some good news to report next week. (I'm going to be blogging once a week, just to have something to hold myself accountable to).
P.S. I also have to get myself back to normal sleeping habits. Going to sleep at 8 in the morning and sleeping til 4 in the afternoon is getting a bit ridiculous.
