Losing weight too fast?

I've been doing some reading, both on SP and other sites, about weight loss. A good goal is about a pound a week. I'm starting to get worried because I've been on a pound per day streak. My appetite is almost gone until I finally make myself eat. Then I want to keep on eating, but I don't. Certainly, tracking my calories every day has made me much more aware of what I'm doing. I wouldn't have been surprised to have been told that I was eating in excess of 3k cal/day. Tonight, just about ready for bed, and I'm at about 1400 with no desire to eat more.

Going to have to keep an eye on that.

Back pain was dreadful all day. Still can't exercise. Better than yesterday though.
