I went and weighed in this morning as I usually do once a week at my Dr's rooms and to my delight I had dropped another 3kg (6.6lbs).
Then I had a panic attack for about 5 minutes, this is a lot of weight to lose in such a short time. ( Today is the start of my 14th week and I have lost 26kg (57.3lbs) So I spoke with my Dr's nurse and told her what I had been up to( meals per day and and exercise) and asked what she thought?
She said as long as I am feeling good, carry on.
So I felt better after that and I realise this type of weight loss is not going to last forever and to go back to my game plan of one day at a time.
