So I haven't posted in awhile..

But I have been doing really good. I have stayed on Isagenix as well as with my fitness routine. I am dropping sizes, losing inches and all the good stuuf. Not much of a weight loss, but that is because of a lean muscle gain, so that's ok.

    That great news that you are not relying on your scale to provide you with the inspiration to follow your program. Your list of other items are far more reliable on your success than the weight loss you scale shows. emoticon
