I have been trying to get into my computer to log in my fitness minutes for the last two day's, but it was acting up. I guess knowing I have a place to go to help's out alot. last summer, I really could have used this site, I needed the motivation. Even though I couldn't log anything in these last couple day's didn't stop me from walking. My biggest motivation right now is kid's. My son just started football practice Monday, I'm so proud. I kinda figured If he can go out there in the heat, so can I. I came home right after his practice and went straight to walking about 8:30 in the evening. I know it was late, but I didn't do anything during the day, beside's there were other people on the track, at the high school.

    WTG I have my kids as my motivation also but what makes it so fun is that my 8yr old tries to challenge me so when I feel like giving up I dont since I want to be the winner lol Will say crazy thing like I bet you cand do 10 push ups and stuff like that so it really is me making share i get my work out done. It doesnt matter what time of day you workout as long as you get it done but I like the morning and evening also since its a little cooler out if I do outdoors.. keep up the good work!!

    Good on you taking motivation from your kids :) Working out in the mornings and evenings is also nice for avoiding the worst of the heat!
