Movement - 10 min Qigong, 20 min walk; 15 min with Jorge Cruise- 4 sets/12 reps alternating each exercise Hamstring Leg lift and Squats
Walking Program Wk 1 day 1 tomorrow
Tue Affirmation Day 29 - my body responds.
Wed Affirmation Day 30 - my metabolism responds (yay)
Did the morning strength exercises, and qigong. Walked about 20 mins. I am looking at a walking program online at the health insurance site. It sounded reasonable so I made a copy of it, might as well give it a try -- it's a little different than I'm used to doing. Change is good!
Tomorrow, Wed I'll begin the Walking Program - 1st week walk 5 min, walk briskly 5 min, slow down 5 min for 15 mins.
I am still listening to the "Weight Loss Now" subliminal affirmations CD every day when I post in SparkPeople.
Busy day on the phone with the health insurance people, and the pharmacy straightening out the errors. I can tuck those files away now, all done for another year, thank God.
