I already lost the little bit of weight I put on during the cruise and now I'm starting from where I left off before I got sick. I adjusted my goals (again) to match where I am today and where I want to be in a few months and I like my plan. That's one of many things I've learned during this change to a healthy me...I can rearrange things and still reach goals. There isn't just one way to do this. I'd say my one constant has been my lunch...I almost always have a huge tossed salad for lunch. It makes me feel like I'm eating a lot (and I am), but the calories are not there.
We'll be going for a walk soon...the weather today is PERFECT! Not humid and 70's. I love it!!
