Keeping it off but not losing

Tuesday, July 14, 2009

Well I have been keeping the weight off and have not gained anything yet I havent lost anything either. I have cut back on my structured work outs in favor of more outdoor activites to get my cardio in. It is alot more fun because it mostly involves my kids. I always spent my freetime working out when the kids were napping because it is soooo hard to work out with a baby trying to crawl up you leg. Yesterday we walked about 5 miles in 90 degree heat around the park. We stopped to let the kids cool off in the cold creek water. then took off agian. I ofcourse was pushing the stroller uphill most of the way. what a great work out.

I love the warm weather during our short summer months here in SD. It gives us the freedom to be as active as we want outdoors. I love to plant my garden and tend to the yard. What I love most is it gives me more "play" time with my kids. They sure keep me going. Today I am going to do the same thing since the kids enjoyed it so much and so did I

Hi! You sound like me and enjoying the outdoors. I love gardening too. :) I think we are going to get rained out in this area. Raining again today and yesterday and most of the night.

You are so close to your goal that now the scale will not show how successful you really are on a week by week basis. Time to pull out the other tools and use them. :) I bet you have so little bodyfat left to lose and you may even gain some muscle with all you are doing in your busy day. Bring out the camera for a once a month photo and keep them in your journal. Keep back a pair of jeans and see how the fit is changing month by month.

I want to be YOU when I grow up. You have done GREAT!

Your kids are so precious! I bet they do keep you hopping.
