Week 3 Run 1

Week 3 Run 1 - 7am 7/25/06 - under 2 miles 28 min
90 sec run 90 sec walk 3 min run 3 min walk X2
This wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I didn't go as far as I did last week. I'm not sure if I should be covering more distance. I am feeling good and stronger. I had planned my schedule to be MWF but seems like M always slips. Maybe I'll try and go again tomorrow morning and get back on track.
