Someday = Today

I started today with a completely different mantra, at least I thought so until my the first SP article I read brought it all home. As I take my babysteps, I had added the plan to stop smoking to the forefront. The goal is make today the first day of forever. The journal is being amended to include a section about my smoking habit...when, where, why! From there, the babysteps will begin. I promised myself I will not go over what I have written the first 2, maybe 3 days - when I'll have something to compare days and events to. I've always been told if I can workout at the level I do and smoke, just image what I could accomplish if I didn't! Onwards and upward!
