Both days I came under 1500 calories and had about 6 cups of water. I did the 30 Day Shred yesterday but not today. I started feeling yucky after lunch. I think it was a combination of fried food (although I had a only a little) and too much caffeine. I was going to do the workout despite feeling icky, but the cable wasn't working, and there was no sound. Instead I took a nap and a nice long lavender bath. I'll consider this my day off and get going again tomorrow. I am worried that a flare-up is coming, so I am going to take it easy the next few days. Ending a vacation and starting a new school year, plus taking two master's classes is not going to happen if I am flaring. I'm hoping it's just a off day.
I'm still weighing myself and measuring myself. Ick! I've gained a pound and lost no inches. I do feel slightly "thinner", slightly! Mostly in the bust and tummy area. A bit more toned in the legs. Gotta keep going.
