So I haven't done so well with m fitness routine. I get so easily frustrated when the progress takes awhile to show. So we re joined the YMCA last week and all I can say is 'Wow!' I really love going there and working out in the enormous and versatile fitness center. Best of all, the kids are in a safe, fun childcare area while I do my thing, so I get a much needed mental break. I also found that stretching out in the pool after my workout keeps me from getting sore. Since I have unlimited access to these facilities, I'm really pumped about it! It's too early to see improvement yet, but I am trying not to focus on that as much as on enjoying the time to myself and the knowledge that I am doing something healthy.
