They are harder than the rest of the week. Naturally, after working out for 5 days straight, it would be harder right? Well, Today the trainer kicked it up and extra 10 reps each thing we did making 50 reps per exercise... OMG it was HARD. Sure, there are some things I could not make the entire 50 reps, but at least I tried and got as many done as I could. The trainer commented on how well I am keeping up because this is my 1st week doing her ball/floor workout when the other gals started at way fewer reps (I jumped in at 40 reps) I am pretty proud of that.
Well, at least the Friday workout is done and over with and I can relax for the rest of the day.
