Well, my food journaling and exercise has paid off. I have dropped 3 pounds in a week and half. I am so excited. It hasn't been that hard either. I have been keeping my cals around 1500 and walking for an hour most days. I feel so good about myself. I really have enjoyed my walking workouts and that makes it a lot easier to stick to my plan. I have also been working with the healthy foods that I like to eat and working in a few splurges here and there so that I don't feel totally deprived. I think I can stick to this. Only seven more pounds to go to reach my first min-goal and I hope that I reach it by the end of July.
