I know I need to pull my abs in anytime I lift my kids, but it sure is hard to keep that in mind during the chaos of the day. Good thing for Yoga! I did ten minutes of Walk away the pounds to warm up and then did some yoga for the back from Yogajournal.com and feel better already. If I keep up the Pilates that should help with strengthening my core in order to keep this problem from being perpetuated.
Any unique ideas about how to rememberin the midst of it?
