Sometimes I have a hard time gettting motivated to loose weight. It's so easy to become complacent and feel okay where I'm at. The other day I did a BMI and it showed I am still in the overweight zone - what a motivator. According to the BMI indicater if I just lose 7 more pounds I will be in the "normal" zone. So I guess it pays to get creative when looking for motivation.

    The good news is, at least you don't totally hate yourself! I think that losing weight because of poor self-image is a bad motivation anyway. Health motivation (like getting into the green BMI range) is much better for your attitude AND your goals.

    I understand what you are saying. Being "ok" with myself usually happens when I have a cookie or something staring me in the I become so "ok" with myself that I eat 5 or 6 of them. UGH! The next day...I am not ok with myself.

    WTG on getting motivated. You can do it! It is only 7 more will be totally worth it.
