3rd day of Tae Bo

Today was my 3rd day of working out with Billy and the gang. I have got to say it goes pretty fast, and I don't keep looking at the clock. I drink my water as I workout. I add a little flair by adding ankle weights for my legs, and step block. I also have a weight bar of 15 lbs that I lift during the arm circles. I think the arm circles are little boring, so I do lifts during that time.

Yesterday I was a little sore, and thought that today I may just give myself a break, but I pushed through it.

Yesterday I also weighted myself, and measured myself. I have taken off an inch in most places, and taken off 4 pounds.

I finally feel like I am so done!!!! Done being fat!!!
