I came upon this website while looking for a way to figure out how many calories a day I should be eating. I can't really say that I expect to do much. I have fought this so long that I'm just about to give up. It's been a while since I tried to diet. I'm overwhelmed. This seems promising. And there is one thing about it that really works for me... it's free. Thank you God.
