My summer has just been awesome! Between a trip to VA, a trip to work a week of camp, and my daughter being home for a week (during which we made a trip to Bradenton for a mini family reunion over the July 4th weekend and had two baby showers) I have NOT been eating well, NOR have i exercised very much. I have been mowing my grass and getting in some exercise that way, but the walking has fallen by the way side for about 3 weeks. However, yesterday, I'm proud to say, I was back in the saddle nutrition-wise with 2 WHOLE calories left when I went to bed! I also cut the grass, burning off 377 calories! LOL. We're having a dinner party tonight for Adrienne's last evening here... and then I REALLY WILL be good and back on my healthy regimen! I haven't weighed in for about 2 weeks so I don't know what the damage is yet.... but I'm not too concerned. I ready to roll again. Social eating is hard for me, but being back @ home where my food is good, healthful and within easy reach I'll be just fine. The one thing that IS hard is the Florida heat. The heat makes ALL the difference with the walking, and since I stay up later and sleep later during the summer, morning walks aren't typical for me. Well, I hope all of you are doing great....
