Woke up early today and did moderate levels of elliptical for 40 minutes. I want to do that every morning this week. Also going to try to do some crunches and such at night before bed.

Started making some food that can meals for the next several days so I won't eat the crap I have been eating.

Can't believe I went from 183lbs last fall to 195lbs now. Thats what booze and not calorie counting and not working out will do I guess.
