Sun was out today - that's what I woke up to today, what a great feeling. Thank you God!!! What a change in my mood, I felt like I could conquer the world today. I didn't drag myself out of bed with achy joints.

Got up and did my chores (gladly), did my exercises early in the day - with the most enthusiasm in days, got out and enjoyed the sun!! Great day.

Well, it's back to work tomorrow after being off for 5 days.

I will weigh in on Tuesday, I'm sure I am down. But being down this one week, is just the start :-)
