After losing 3 pounds last week, I stayed the same this week.
I joined the calorie cycling team and have spent a lot of time studying it this week. I'm going to try it for July.
Yesterday I had 1727 calories and worked out for almost 2 hours.
I really should have eaten more.
Today I'm taking a rest day (too bad- the weather is perfect here in RI)
and aiming for 1350.
I hope this isn't too much like dieting for me.
I won't diet.
