Happy sort of Friday! I love 3 day weekends and the extra time at home.
Iíve been watching what I eat for nearly a week now. Iím finding that is where my problem is. Iím either eating more than I should, or less. Iím having to Ďre-learní how to feed myself properly. I donít nibble or snack, itís all about what I have at my meals.
Typically I do not have breakfast, I donít have the time or the energy to wake up and cook, or even have a bowl of cereal. I would prefer to stay in bed for that 10-15 minís that are just so precious to me. I have my Advocare Spark which is a vitamin drink and gives me enough caffeine to last the day.
About 10 Iíll typically have a yogurt or protein bar then lunch about noon. Lunch would be Moís, Quiznoís, Cafť Carolina or any other favorite in down town Raleigh. Later in the day Iíd have a bag of chips. I do drink a lot of water and I walk for about 30 minís on most days during lunch.
Now that Iíve found my favorite places lunch is NOT good for me Iím eating in, frozen but still exercising. Iím having a protein bar, cottage cheese or yogurt for snacks. Generally I have been trying to have a protein bar on days I go to the gym.
Iíve been going to the gym for a few weeks, 30-40 on the treadmill. I went from 25 min mile to a 17 min mile. Iím lifting some weights and some toning. Iím feeling better for sure, and canít wait till tomorrow night when I have my first weigh in and see if my little flower moves down for lbís lost.
