So, I decided, today, that I would start following the spark people diet plan in its entirety since I have struggled so much to meet my calorie goals...meaning I have been way, way UNDER my goals more often than not. I just now finished eating supper, and I do not think I have ever eaten so much food in one day in my life. Well, except for Thanksgiving anyways. I am not even getting into the snack I have not eaten yet! The main downside is that there is A LOT of dairy involved. It is not that I do not like dairy because I do. And I can tolerate, say, a little bit of cheese on pizza or a cup of ice cream with very little worry. But every meal I ate today had at least some form of dairy in it, and my body, while happy that it is the fullest it has ever been, is not entirely sure what to do with all that lactose.
