Well, today was really easy. I went out to lunch again, made what I thought were wise choices. It was YUMMY!
Today was an extremely good day for me, calories, carbs, protein, fats & my new goal, Cholesterol 100-200 (mine was 123) & Sodium goal 1500-2300 (Mine was 1846).
I'm not obsessed with the #'s there but I am just trying to see how I"m doing, then I might adjust if need be. My blood pressure right now is almost always excellent but it's nice to keep track and it's another goal.
My Stats for today (I would LOVE to keep them just about like this every day)
Calories 1384 (goal 1200-1600)
Carbs 46.1 % (Goal 40-60% of calories from)
Protein 24.4% (Goal 10-35% of calories from)
Fats 29.4% (Goal 20-35% of calories from)
I am looking forward to day 50 in my concentrated quest for goal. I'm going away for a few days, starting either tomorrow or Friday, and will be away for 3-4 days. I WILL watch what I eat. I have a triple birthday party to go to Saturday. I WILL eat properly. Might even take a big salad with me that I can have just in case the menu is not conducive to weight loss. I know that I can eat anything within limits. I will write everything down and put on my nutrition tracker.
