So my goal is to lose 70 lbs by March 2010. I am the maid of honor for my best friends wedding and there are over 300 people attending so I want to look my best, esp in this very well-fitted dress that she wants us to wear. So far I have lost 10 lbs and its been almost 2 months. I have 8 months left so I have to get on the ball. My exercise is going well but my food intake is really bad. i can do really good for 4 days and then as soon as Friday hits, I go crazy and can't control myself. Sadly, I feel like I am cutting back on weekends...but after logging everything, its usually close to 3000 calories. So all the weight i lose by the end of the week, gets gained back after the weekend. So I don't really gain any weight, but I'm not losing any either. This is so frustrating and I can only blame myself. I go out way too much on weekends. I need to sit my butt at home and do nothing but sleep, exercise and eat right!
