During summer, I have a hard time not eating too much ice cream. I over did it today...the ice cream I had put me over, actually. But...it's OK. I'm getting ready to get going for a long walk.
Today, I started my exercise routine again..taking it slow. I've been wanting to change things up a bit anyway, so I redid my fitness schedule completely. I'll still be doing some in the morning because that's the best time for me, but I changed the days that I'll be doing them. I'll also be doing strength training 3 days per week instead of 2. I think that long break from all this will do me some good.
Well...enough blogging for now...time for our walk.
