I got today started off well with a walk that was ALL uphill for fifteen minutes and then 10 minutes to get back down. By the time I was done my legs were like jello. When I got back home I swept off the walk and porch to cool down. Then I did a half hour yoga video to stretch out my poor jelly legs.
Today has been a high energy day for me and I have been cleaning , doing laundry, and trying to organize our office. There are so many books in there and I need to get rid of a lot of them. I will be listing many on half.com and hope they sell. The others will be donated or put in storage. Organizing is such a struggle for me. I tend to just throw things in piles and then have to clean it all up. I always say that I will keep up with it on a daily basis, but I never do.
My food journaling is going well too. I have a small denim bag that I keep my journal and a calorie counting book along with a pencil. This way I can keep it all together and just grab it when I need it and everything is in one place. At least, this is organized, so far anyway - lol!!
