I have been struggling with my weight for many years. I get extra weight off and in no time it's all back. And next time it's already a bit harder to get those extra pounds off and keep them off. I have tried different diets and "magic" pills to loose some weight, but it's no use. Just waste of money, energy and time.
At the beginning of this year I decided, enough!!! It's like there had been a "click" in my head. The road towards slimmer and healthier me is not very easy, but I have learned to love it and take the most of it.
I keep on discovering something new about me as I go on and don't give up. People now around me have started noticing that I have lost some weight, they make compliments and want to know how I have done it.
The truth is, there is no miracle diet nor any magic pills involved. I have just started to eat healthier and listen to my body's real needs. I follow that "diet". Also, I have made walking and working out at home my routine. It's fun and most of all makes me feel good!
Making right choices has improved my overall well being! I am really happy!!!
