For my own accountability, I'm tracking my cardio minutes here beginning on Saturday, June 27. Feel free to post comments and suggestions. I will edit this each time I have minutes to add.
June 27 - Treadmill 60 min: 40 @ 5% incline, 20 @ 2.5% incline, 2.75 miles
June 29 - Treadmill 30 min: 20 @ 5% incline/20min mile; 10 @ 5% incline/15min mile
June 30 - Treadmill 60 min: 5 @ 30min mile; 5 @ 24min mile; 10 @ 5% incline/24min mile; 10 @ 20min mile; 30 @ 5% incline/20min mile. Now that made me sweat!!
Okay, so the last couple weeks have been totally crazy busy and I have not gone to the gym at all! With hubby working nights temporarily, it's just weird. I'm not used to going without him. Well, I gained a pound or so in the last week so NO MORE! Now I am getting back on track.
July 14 - Treadmill 65 min: 25 @ 20min mile; 25 @ 5% incline/20min mile; 5 @ 5% incline/15min mile; 10 @ 5% incline/24min mile.
July 18 - not at the gym but moving Jackie's stuff from a 3rd floor apartment should count for something. I'll set my calorie counter/heart monitor watch while I'm going and see what it gives me........
