Harm done this week. 2lbs of harm done. And I've been good this week too! I wonder if, calorie-wise, the New Rules has me eating too much? While their logic is sound, I seemed to be losing more when I was going by SP guidelines (as in, I actually got down to 160 - half way there!). Right now, I aim for a deficit of 300 (and I don't feel hungry or starved). Too much, too little? Any helpers out there?
Oh and my fancy new scale told me that I'm about 34% body fat. No surprise, but it seems like a lot. It's back to the weights tomorrow anyway.
