I'll admit it. I've lost almost 120 pounds without exercising. Partly because I have bad knees and I'm afraid of hurting them. However, a big part is sheer laziness. It's just EASIER to stay on the couch with my laptop and TV.
You don't have to exercise to lose weight. I'm living proof. However, you do have to exercise to be healthy. It's time for me to take that to heart.
I bought Coach Nicole's Cardio Blast DVD. Wow, one of her 10 minute workouts really kicks my butt. I am so out of shape. I'm gonna fix that, though.
I also have the Sparkpeople Fitness Starter Kit on the way. It was backordered, but it just shipped today. I'm excited to try it out.
