It's day 43. Not much to tell. Still eating healthy. No exercise yet today, after yesterday's episode, thought I would back off a bit and start in the morning. Weather is not great or I might be out later tonight. I thought to go to Wal-mart to walk inside and just count my time. Doing the perimeter would be a good way or just up and down all the isles. I have done that before, just keep going, but it's so hard NOT to stop and shop. I don't have any money so that might be an incentive to keep going.
Calories 1348 (goal 1200-1600)

Protein 23.5% (Goal 10-35%)
Fats 19.87% (Goal 20-35%)
I was a hair under on the fats, but much better than being over and not a problem ( .13 under). Looks like 20 to me :)

, expect a loss, but sometimes the body doesn't always agree. But I'm confident that I am doing the right things and it will come off and I will reach goal!

I did decide to go to Wal-mart. Did 40 minutes, straight, walking quickly at what I am positive was over a 20 minute mile. SO I got at least 2 miles in tonight.
