Had a good day, enough leeway to have my evening snack. I just enjoy my snack carb/protein before bed. Tonight it was a whole wheat mini-bagel and 1 Tbls P.Butter. YUM
Calories 1513 (goal 1200-1600)
Carbs 52.4% (Goal 40-60%)
Protein 22.9% (Goal 10-35%)
Fats 24.7% (Goal 20-35%)
Nothing much new, getting excited about Saturday's weigh-in. Have not had a gain or stay the same but I know that it will eventually probably happen and I hope I'm prepared. I WILL NOT let it get to me and I will keep going on, since I know I am doing the right thing. IT's sometimes just a part of the losing process.

Walked 3.1 miles today. Did 2.8 this AM at one time and My feet, especially the left one was unhappy for hours afterwards. Could hardly walk on it till the afternoon. But it's all happy tonight :) YEA!
