Time for a new blog entry! BTW, I already posted one, but this entry vanished into the endless spaces of the Internet. To make long story short, I started a challenge with a group of Estonian ladies in our weight loss forum, that forbids sugar in our diet. Basically no candies, chocolate, pastry, ice-cream, sweetened yogurt etc. Only natural sweeteners like stevia and 2 teaspoonful of honey per day are allowed. And of course fruits.
This challenge lasts from June 25th till September 1st. I hope that I come out of it as a winner. But mainly I'm not competing with anyone else but myself.
So from time to time I'm going to let you know how I'm doing in that challenge.
