Third day

This is my 3rd faithful day in tracking everything I eat. I have actually done quite well. It is amazing how much the awareness of what you eat helps to keep me on track. Hopefully, it will continue.

    I find my laziness helps me eat less. I HATE tracking so I think before I put stuff in my mouth - do I really want to go to the trouble? haha Great job!
