Morning Exercise

One of the best things about summer vacation is being able to work out in the morning. I have gone to jazzercise or water aerobics almost every morning since I have been out of school. It gets the day started right, and I have more energy all day.

Today my knee was a little sore, so I slept in a bit and skipped jazzercise, but went to the park to walk. What a beautiful morning! A nice breeze, mountain views, a bubbling creek, bunnies, a black snake, a bright bluebird, a yellow finch, and lots of flowers. Being out in nature makes exercise great for the body, mind, and soul!

DH called and asked if he takes off work early if I want to take a hike this afternoon. There's another hour and a half of cardio today. Can't wait!

    It's awesome in the early morning. I walk in a local park in a very natural setting. It's awesome. Have a super walk this morning.

    I'm so glad spring is finally arriving so I can spend some outdoor time too. I love it and it makes exercise enjoyable.

    I want to walk where you do - sounds beautiful!

I can't get up early enough to work out in the morning. I don't fall asleep until 4AM most nights, so I don't get up until 9 - 10ish.. then it takes me a few to get moving. Gotta work on that insomnia....
