I have one major goal that's very broad...to be healthier. With that said, I have a few things I would like to do to get to that goal...
1. Change up the routine...try something new! I thoroughly enjoy my time on the elliptical machine, but who's to say I may not LOVE the Zumba class that's offered at my gym? At least once a week, I want to do something different!
2. As bad as it sounds, I really don't like fruit. The texture of it disgusts me, even though I enjoy the flavor...they just don't seem to mix well for me. As hard as it will be, I need to eat at least one piece/serving of fruit a day. As the summer continues, I'll try my best to increase it.
3. Research my restuarants very carefully! I enjoy eating out, and being single makes it easy to just grab something and go. I know this is my downfall, so I'm going to attempt to limit the number of times I go out to eat and research what the restaurant offers that is more "health friendly"
