So trying to go stop eating early backgired. I got up in the early hours to get something to eat because my stomach was growling. I ate some cantaloupe and thought I was safe but then went back and ate chips! Yikes! Yeah I need to come up with a plan.
I am taking a break from my workout today because my hamstrings hurt so bad yesterday. I don't wan to risk getting an injury so I will just take a lot of extra steps today and try to get 10.000 in without formal exercise.
I am thinking about signing up for another 5k. Its in just a couple of weeks and I am still thinking about it. I wil let you all know. I just want to know if I can improve my time from the last ace butr I know with travel that I won't be able to train the way I probably want to.
Well here is my eating form yesterday -
brackfast - cantaloup. 1/2 cup of brown rice and two pieces of turkey link sausage
Snack = cup of fresh fruit, chex mix
Lunch - Mcdonalds Southwest salad with no dressing
Snack - Dark chocolate candy bar
Dinner - baked chicken, brown rice, carrots, mixed veggies
Snack - cantaloupe and chips at 1am
Well I would like to plan my food out for today to see if that helps. I am a little concerned about spening a week on vacation with no refrigerator, be gluten free and sane. Prayer changes things : )
