Exercise plan for the week

Tuesday, June 23, 2009

Monday: Turbo Jam Cardio Party (45), Taekwondo (60).... done
Tuesday: Tai Chi dvd (30)... done
Wednesday: Taekwondo (60) ....done (I was SO sore from doing the Tai Chi that I decided to not push it by doing more cardio than my TKD class)
Thursday: practice TKD kicks, strength training...I did Extremely Ripped (45 min) ...done
Friday: Leslie Sansone + ab workout of some sort
Saturday: Extremely Ripped ST
Sunday: 20 minute TJ workout (travelling all day)
