Yesterday i found a suitcase in the garage (we're cleaning out cos we're moving) of winter clothes pants and such, pants i hadn't worn since i was "thin" ,they fitted me im now the same size i was 6 years ago, Which means 2 things back then i was alot bigger then i thought i was so confident and happy, and 2 im alot smaller now then i think.
The way you feel has alot to do with the way you see your self.
