80/20 rule

So I am getting back into the groove of summer. I went back to my Bootcamp class today that I am able to participate in the summer. It was great but oh how I hurt. Tomorrow I will try to implement some running and commit to Bootcamp three times a week and running two to three( I have to see how my legs hold up - hahhahaha_
Right now I am going through a strange season with my weight and body. I can wear a size 8 in shorts and some pants but then today I pulled out my 12s from last summer just to be sure that they are too big and they FIT! YIKES!!! What I have found with my brief time with running is that my thighs get bigger so therefore my legs fit well in my 12's.
I still believe in the 80/20 rule of weight loss that being 80% diet and 20% exercise, at least for me. So I will continue to put my food diary on my blog. I am going to have to check my calorie range. I must be eating more than I think and probably not enough protein. My next goal will be to stop eating after 9pm. Sounds easy right? Thats probably the only part of my day where I get to sit for a minute : )
I am meeting more and more gluten free sparkers that are helping me along the way.
So here is my food for today - until next time - remember to BE a blessing!

Breakfast - cantaloupe, cottage cheese, few blue berries, one turkey link sausage
Snack - watermelon, grapes, chex mix
Lunch - black bean burger with mustard, plain chips
Snack - mango ( yes the whole thing - hahahha
Dinner - baked chicken thigh, green beans, greens, sweet potato fries
Late snack - chips, 4 dark chocolate kisses

Oh how I have to get off of these chips!! hahaha I have been focusing on eating at least 5 fruits and veggies like I used to. I am getting there.
Water?? Yeah I only had 24 documented ounces - I will do better tomorrow. I just get soooo tired of going to the bathroom. I go almost three times an hour at night on the days that I drink at least 64 ounces. The fact that its always at night bugs me because it effects my sleep.
