To my Blog.
Today's Actual & Goals; I was a tad bit short on Fats, but actually I'm glad, because I'm usually higher than I want to be.
Cals 1495 (Goal 1200-1600)
Carbs 56.1% (Goal 40-60% of calories)
Protein 25.8% (Goal 10-35% of calories)
Fats 18.1 (Goal 20-35% of calories)
It's getting easier in some respects, but still not where I want to be. But I'm doing good and to make 39 days in a row within my calorie goals.
Got 2.9 miles in (short of the 3+ I am aiming for) but I also played pool for 4 hours so with the walking I did there, I'm well over my 3. My feet hurt tonight. Not sure if I'll walk in the morning, wait and see. I don't want to push, since I want to be able to keep walking, even if shorter distances. The fact that I'm out there every day is the important thing, doing something besides sit.
Well, that's about it for tonight.
