Eating better- a step by step process. (Part 1)

Okay, my first step was to buy Tupperware to hold fresh fruit and veggies. I don't eat them when I want because they aren't convenient, so I am getting the supplies to make it convenient. I got awesome bowls with screw on lids from the dollar store, $3 for 3. Yay!

Step 2-

Cleaned out my fridge. I took out everything, wiped down the walls, the seals, took out all the shelves and bins and cleaned them. Now I can see what I have and I have lots of room for new things.

My next step: making a week long meal plan and planning for 3 hours to shop and to prepare what I bring home, right when I bring it home.
