Establish One goal that I would like to accomplish by the end of the challenge. This goal should be lifestyle and fitness related, NOT a certain amount of weight I would like to lose. After identifying a goal, I am to think of two things I can start NOW to make my goal an achievement. Then I am to share my thoughts with my team, and post them in this blog.
Well the goal that I have set for myself is to become CONSISTENT. Consistency in healthy eating and regular exercise will result in me finally reaching ONEderland!
The two things that I can do NOW to make my goal an achievement are:
1. develop a fitness regimen consisting of both cardio and strength training
2. develop a meal plan that includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
